We’ll discuss your requirements
If necessary, and if practical, we can meet in person to discuss your
needs. Naturally, we can also simply communicate by telephone, e-mail
and fax.
I’ll make a quotation
After gathering as much information about the project as possible, I’ll
provide you with a quotation based on the amount of time I estimate the
work will take at each stage. If this is the first time we’ve worked
together, I’ll also send you a copy of my contract to sign.
If you only have a small or very straightforward job, these three stages usually take just one short phone call.
We’ll agree a deadline –
and I’ll deliver on time
Once you’re happy with the quotation, we’ll agree a deadline.
Then you can relax. I’ll deliver the high quality, authentic and
effective communication you need on time and within budget.
In general I bill every month, with a 30-day payment period. I ask you to be as prompt with your payments as I am with my delivery.
Naturally, if the parameters of the project change significantly before completion, we will need to re-negotiate the quotation and the deadline.

You can rely on confidentiality
If you need me to sign a corporate confidentiality clause I am very willing
to do so. My background in the financial services industry – and
numerous current clients in the sector – mean that I take confidentiality
very seriously indeed. Confidentiality is also covered in the Open Line
contract.
